Ordering repeat prescriptions

If you are registered for online services such as SystmOnline or via the NHS App then you can order your medication when it is due via this service.

If you are not yet registered then please self register with the NHS App by clicking here or visit the surgery with a form of photographic identification (passport/driving licence) to register with SystmOnline instead.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS OVER THE PHONE.

We take no longer than 24hrs to deal with prescription requests. If there is a delay to getting your medication then please contact your nominated Pharmacy to clarify where they are with your request.

If you are unable to request medication online, please leave your prescription order slip either in our outside post box if closed or if open there is a post box by our reception desk.

PLEASE NOTE: Repeat prescriptions can only be requested 7 days before they are due. Please speak to a receptionist in surgery if you need to order before this date, for example if on holiday.
