Prescriptions

If you are registered for online services such as SystmOnline or via the NHS App then you can order your medication when it is due via this service.

If you are not yet registered then please self register with the NHS App by clicking here or visit the surgery with a form of photographic identification (passport/driving licence) to register with SystmOnline instead.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS OVER THE PHONE.

We take no longer than 48hrs to deal with prescription requests. If there is a delay to getting your medication then please contact your nominated Pharmacy to clarify where they are with your request.

If you are unable to request medication online, there are prescription request forms at main reception which can be completed during opening hours. There is also a post box outside of main reception where you can post your repeat medication slips.

PLEASE NOTE: Repeat prescriptions can only be requested 7 days before they are due. Please speak to a receptionist in surgery if you need to order before this date.
